Interpreting
Consecutive interpreting (i.e. not simultaneous, the interpreter has time for translation in between the speaker's sentences), our standard service covers English/Czech interpreting, other languages negotiable.
Our experience includes business and technical negotiations, conferences, presentations, discussions of contract conditions, civil engineering projects, technical realisation, etc.
Before the interpreting it is desirable (if possible under the actual conditions) to give some outline of the topic to the interpreter and to provide materials (text of presentation, brochures. leaflets, available documentation, etc.) to make preparation of terminology possible etc.
CZK 2,380 incl. VAT (2,000 + 380) per each started half-day (0 to 4 hours, gross time)
i.e.
CZK 4,760 incl. VAT (4,000 + 760) per each working day (4 to 8 hours gross time)
The price may be negotiable depending on how difficult or easy the topic is.
If the time of interpreting in one day exceeds 8 hours, the overtime charge is calculated in the basic rate of CZK 500 for each started hour (or proportionate to the agreed upon basic price for the given job).
For interpreting outside Kralupy nad Vltavou or Prague, the interpreter's travel expenses are charged, as standard rate given in the applicable regulations (flat rate for mileage and fuel), unless another arrangement has been in advance agreed upon (the interpreter to be transported by the Client, etc.)
